In 1984, Louis “Moon” Kauakahi, Israel Kamakawiwo‘ole, Jerome and John Koko recorded their first album/cd together. This particular foursome was said to have set the standard a little higher for Traditional Hawaiian Music with their crisp harmonies and strong instrumentation. This album also won them the first of their Na Hoku Hanohano Awards.
